Receipt Configurator for Saudi Arabia

ZATCA Phase 2

Saudi Arabia's ZATCA Phase 2 mandates structured e-invoices and a TLV-encoded QR code on every receipt. Receipt Configurator integrates with the Fatoora portal, stamps each invoice with a UUID and embeds the TLV QR automatically.

ZATCA Phase 2 Requirements

TLV-Encoded QR

Receipts must include a QR code with seller name, VAT number, timestamp, total, VAT amount and signature in TLV format.

UUID per Invoice

Each invoice has a globally unique identifier shared with ZATCA.

Fatoora Portal

Phase 2 requires real-time clearance for B2B invoices through Fatoora.

Bilingual Receipts

Receipts must display Arabic alongside English for many fields.

How Receipt Configurator Handles It

TLV QR generator

Built-in expression that encodes the TLV payload from the transaction.

UUID injection

A v4 UUID is generated per render and stored in the fiscal payload.

Bilingual locked zone

Arabic translations of fixed labels are kept in sync with the English template.
